Who we are
Many people start trading with a YouTube video, a tip or a signal group, before they understand how markets actually work. STRUCK exists to give you a structured place to learn.
We take you from the basics (what a stock is, how a chart works, why prices move) through to a structured trading methodology covering technical analysis, risk concepts and trading psychology.
You won't find hype, overnight-millionaire promises or trades to copy here. STRUCK does not provide trade signals or personalised recommendations. The goal is to teach you a framework you can apply independently.

What trading actually is, and how different markets tend to behave.
How a trade works
A trade in three steps: you buy, wait for the price to move, and sell. Buying first because you expect the price to rise is called going long. You can also profit from a falling price by selling first and buying back later, which is called going short.
Trading vs investing
Trading and investing both mean buying assets. The difference is how long you hold them and why. Traders aim to profit from price moves over minutes to days. Holding a trade for days to weeks is called swing trading. Investors hold for years and profit from the business or asset growing.

Each market moves differently and trades at different hours. Most traders pick one and learn it well.

Is STRUCK financial advice?
No. STRUCK provides general educational material about trading and market analysis. We do not provide personalised financial advice, trade signals, or recommendations to buy, sell or hold financial products. The purpose of STRUCK is to teach you a methodology that you can apply independently.
Does STRUCK provide trade signals?
No. We never tell members what to buy or sell, or when. Any trades we show are examples used to explain how we analyse the market, not instructions to copy.
Does STRUCK guarantee profits?
No. Nobody can guarantee trading results. Trading involves risk, and you can lose some or all of your money. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Do I need previous trading experience?
No. The education starts from the fundamentals, such as reading a chart, and builds from there.
Is STRUCK suitable for beginners?
Yes. STRUCK is designed for people who are new to the markets, as well as those who want a more structured approach.
What markets are covered?
The concepts we teach apply across markets, including stocks, forex, crypto and commodities. We use examples from different markets to explain them.
What do I get with membership?
Trading Edge ($250 USD, one-time payment) includes the Technical Trading and Risk Management modules. Trading Edge Advanced ($350 USD, one-time payment) adds the Psychology module, deeper lessons, educational chart breakdowns, historical trade walkthroughs, and one question or completed-trade review a week for your first 3 months, with educational feedback. Access to the lessons themselves never expires. All of it is educational, and none of it includes personal recommendations or trade signals.
How does the payment work?
Both plans are a single one-off payment through Whop. There's no subscription and nothing renews. Your access starts as soon as your payment goes through.
Is there a subscription to cancel?
No. Trading Edge and Trading Edge Advanced are one-off payments, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again. See the refund policy below.
How do I access the platform?
Sign in on struck.win with the Whop account you paid with. The platform opens under Edge Education in the top menu.
How does the weekly review work?
For the first 3 months after joining, Advanced members can send me one question, or one of their completed trades, each week for educational feedback. That's up to 12 reviews in total. Ongoing support and reviews after the 3 months are being worked on and will be offered separately. Your access to the lessons never expires. I don't give personalised advice or trade signals, so questions asking whether to buy, sell or hold something, or for personal entries, exits, stops or position sizes, won't be answered.
Refund policy
Your purchase. Trading Edge and Trading Edge Advanced are one-off payments. There's no subscription and you won't be charged again. Your access starts when your payment goes through. The price is shown before you pay.
Change of mind. We don't offer refunds for change of mind once you've been given access to the platform.
Problems with access. If you can't access the platform because of a problem on our side, contact us. We'll fix it, or work out a fair refund with you.
Changes to the service. If we make a major change that reduces what your purchase includes, we'll let you know and work out a fair solution with you, which may include a partial refund.
How to request a refund. Email [email protected] with the email you used to pay and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

About these terms. These terms apply to your use of struck.win and the Trading Edge educational platform ("STRUCK", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a membership or using the platform, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy on this page.
Education only. STRUCK provides general education about how markets work. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. We don't tell you what to buy, sell or hold, and we don't provide trade signals, entries, exits, stops or position sizes. Consider getting independent professional advice before making financial decisions.
Risk. Trading involves significant risk, including the loss of some or all of your money. Charts and examples show past market behaviour, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We don't guarantee any result, income or level of success. Any trading decisions you make are your own responsibility.
Your membership. Trading Edge and Trading Edge Advanced are one-off payments made through Whop. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the lessons and videos included in your plan for as long as the platform operates. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for new members in the future.
Weekly reviews (Advanced). Advanced members can send one question or completed trade per week for their first 3 months. Reviews are educational feedback on how the STRUCK methodology was applied. They are not personal advice, and questions asking whether to buy, sell or hold something, or for personal entries, exits, stops or position sizes, won't be answered.
Your account. Your account is for you only. Don't share your login, and don't copy, record, download, share, resell or publish lessons, videos, the journal or any other platform content. We may suspend or remove access, without a refund, if an account is shared or content is distributed.
Our content. All lessons, videos, illustrations, the trading journal and other materials belong to STRUCK and are protected by copyright. You may print the trading journal for your own personal use.
Third-party tools. Lessons mention and link to tools and websites such as TradingView, CoinGlass and others. These are examples only. We aren't affiliated with them and aren't responsible for their content, services or charges.
Availability and changes. We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add to or reorganise content over time. If a change significantly reduces what your purchase includes, the Refund Policy applies.
Refunds and your rights. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy above. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, STRUCK is not liable for any trading losses or other loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we may ask you to accept the updated terms before you continue using the platform.
Who we are. This policy explains how STRUCK ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use struck.win and the Trading Edge platform. We handle personal information carefully and only for the purposes described here.
What we collect.
Account details from Whop when you sign in: your name, email address, Whop user ID and which membership you have.
Platform activity: lessons you've marked complete, your last lesson, and any private notes you write. Notes are linked to your account and only you can see them.
Member agreement record: when you accept the member agreement, we record the date and time, the agreement version, your name, email, plan, your country (from your connection) and your browser type, as evidence of your acceptance.
Messages and reviews you send us by email, including trades you send for an Advanced weekly review.
Interest list: if you register interest on the coming soon page, the email address you enter.
Payments. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Why we use it. To give you access to the platform and the right plan, save your progress and notes, provide weekly reviews, respond to you, keep a record of your agreement, handle refunds, prevent account sharing and misuse, and let interest-list members know when STRUCK opens or has news. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with. Only the service providers we use to run STRUCK: Whop (accounts and payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage), Formspree (interest list form) and our email provider. Some of these providers store data in other countries, including the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and browser storage. We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores a few settings on your device, such as progress and preferences. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it. Account, progress, notes and agreement records are kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable time afterwards for records, refunds and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we need to keep.
Security. Your information is stored with reputable providers and protected with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Access, correction and deletion. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints. If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we'll work to resolve it.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
